Fire Statistics

According to the Nation Fire Protection Association (NFPA) from 2015 - 2019, there was an annual average of 2620 civilian deaths, 11070 injuries, and over 7.3 billion in property damage. In 2020 alone there was loss of about 22$ billion dollars due to fires in the US.

Safety First

In the case of a school fire, firemen must evacuate the building before extinguishing the fire. This enables the students and faculty to get out of the building with a much higher chance of surviving.
